We have been honored with 9 awards in the European region this year by “President’s Health and Safety Awards (PHSA)” which is the organization of traditional occupational health and safety awards of Ford Motor Company.

Our work, which we give priority to occupational health and safety (OHS) in all our operations, is also appreciated in the global Ford world. Having precisely carried out our planning by prioritizing the health of our employees from the very beginning of the pandemic process; our Health Units have also played a critical role in this extraordinary period with plans and interventions covering more than 10 thousand colleagues.

While our Deputy General Manager Cem Temel was granted the "Occupational Health and Safety Leader of the Year Award"; our Health Hygiene and Ergonomics Manager Dr. Gürsel Gökmen was granted the "Occupational Health and Safety Professional of the Year Award".

Two separate awards have been given to our colleagues Ercan Taskin and Tekin Bingol for their success on "Life-Saving" by having taken the personal initiative in our production facilities.

While our company has been granted with the "Security Innovation Award in Non-Production Area Award" for developing a safe and ergonomic laboratory for the FST 10 Test, it has also been granted for the "Safety Recognition and Participation Award in Production" with the "safety culture project for life" in which seminars were given on safety culture across Turkey.

Our Yeniköy Factory filled us with pride, once again, with not only the "Innovation Award in Production and Ergonomics" and "Industrial Hygiene Excellence Award" but also with the "Best Factory Award" resulting from the success of "Vehicle Operations - Lowest Time Lost". Our Yeniköy Factory was entitled to receive this important award with the lowest lost-time case (LTC) rate (0.073) between 2017-2019.
